2026 IPAAC Conference in Hyderabad, India!
Main Conference - 10th -12th November
Pre-Conference Day - 9th November

Kanha Shanti Vanam is certainly a different choice for an international conference. It is the world headquarters of the Heartfulness Institute, and much of the material about the campus focuses on its role as a meditation and wellbeing centre. However, it is also a large international campus with modern conference facilities that host major gatherings and leadership events.

When Captain Geetanjali Khadria (Air India 787 pilot and lead for the Buddy@AI programme) introduced the location to the IPAAC Executive, she emphasised that while wellbeing is its primary focus and excellent conference facilities capable of supporting international meetings, there is much more on the campus to discover.

The IPAAC Executive felt that Kanha provides everything needed for the annual conference, with some added benefits. A conventional venue in one of India’s large cities would certainly have been possible, but Kanha offers something a little different that aligns closely with IPAAC’s focus on the mental health and wellbeing of aviation safety-critical personnel.

Everything delegates need is on site. Conference facilities, accommodation across several tiers to suit different budgets, and dining are all within the campus, allowing participants to focus fully on the conference. Because the overall venue costs are lower, we expect to offer registration prices lower than last year, delegates will simply need to add accommodation and travel. Details will follow shortly.

Two interesting points about the venue.

First, all food served on campus is vegetarian and no alcohol is available. For a conference discussing wellbeing, we may find ourselves genuinely “walking the walk”!

Second, the campus has offered complimentary morning sessions in activities such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness. A rainforest on campus, lush gardens, and excellent chai beckon.

This may well be the first conference you attend where you leave feeling more refreshed and energised, mentally and physically, than when you arrived.
