About the IPAAC Conference
The annual IPAAC Conference is where the experts in the peer support field in aviation gather to share knowledge, best practice and innovation. Peer Support Program leaders, medical regulators, mental health professionals and providers, alongside operators representatives, discuss the latest advances to support the mental wellbeing and health of pilots, air traffic controllers, flight attendants and mechanics. This year we will be running an Advanced Learning Day immediately before the main conference. This will feature four day-long workshops focussing on key related subject to PSPs, such as drug & alcohol support and peer skills
